The Ohio Odonata Society: Who We Are
The Ohio Odonata Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the study and celebration of dragonflies and damselflies. Our community consists of enthusiastic volunteers and expert entomologists who are committed to advancing knowledge about Odonata species and their habitats, especially within our own state.
Beyond our scientific goals, we also believe that dragonflies are a fascinating natural history category, exhibiting interesting and unique behaviors. Many people find them especially attractive, making them a common subject for artists of all kinds.
