Learn about the variety of research, field work, lab work and experiences that students and early career professionals are conducting from around our state. Speakers will share projects related to hands-on work with birds, bugs, plants, forests, wetlands and more. 2024 Mothapalooza

July 19-21, 2024

Held at the Highlands Nature Sanctuary (west of Chillicothe) and surrounding preserves, participants will witness a breathtaking number of moth species and other nocturnal insects that will be attracted to the light stations, all while under the mentorship of expert naturalists, Evening presentations will be in Bainbridge. See the Arc of Appalachia website for agenda and registration details.
